I received the exact notice 2 weeks ago and I called the number to opt out of the review and 2 weeks later got a letter stating you opt out for the June credit review and we made a decision your cl will remain the same!! Well...Thank you Capital one! SMH
Thank you and I hope you're safe. I know when I got the letter I was thinking there goes that card. I have a 20k Walmart Mastercard and I've started using that exclusively at Walmart. Like a crazed man, I was using other cards at Walmart. No more, strictly Walmart card from now on. Keep us posted if you get a letter or anything. Good luck to you.
Holy moly. That's what comes to mind when you get the first letter and a sigh of relief when you get that second letter. Strange how it was mine came to coincide with my card expiration
I guess Capital one felt I was not using my Cc enough to justify a $35,000 CL on my Quicksilver Cc which their is no annual fee. So, I charged My trip to Vegas and received the letter a week later stating your CL will not change!! 😊

That was sweet. You told Cap 1, not today lol
Yup! Not today Capital one Lol..😀
@12njoy wrote:Why would I give up a 50k card with only a $59 annual fee? Now that makes zero sense.
This is really a good example of how personal goals matter. For me, the question would be "Why would I want to pay $59 every year to keep a limit I am nowhere near using." I think the view depends on whether TCL is an important concept for you. If it is, it's worth maximizing at some cost. But as someone who tries to maximize rewards say, this is just money wasted away from that goal.
@Anonymous
Totally TCL for me but I see your point that it wouldn't necessarily work for you towards maximizing rewards. That's what makes the forum robust and full of different perspectives.

I closed a $20k Cap1 card ($500 SUB Savor PCed to QS).
What possible use could I have for a 1.5% cash back card with no major perks and mediocre customer service?

Is it helping you get to $1m in TCL on non-store cards?
