...there aren't any cards I like out right now. I mean, my main focus is cash back, but the options are either not available to me (Huntington Voice) or downright undesirable (Citi Dividend). I thought about focusing on getting better terms (lower APR) on my cards, but in most cases that seems almost impossible (Chase, Capital One).
Am I missing any cash back cards worth applying for?

Fidelity Amex is the only thing I don't see in your sigi. and you don't have a BofA at all by the looks of it!

I like Fidelity, not too thrilled about a "fake" Amex (not to mention FIA customer service). The problem is, it would render my Quicksilver useless (I pay my car insurance and daughter's school tuition with it, neither of which takes Amex)
I've thought about getting the Better Balance Rewards MC (easy $120 a year, but who knows when they'll nerf that!) or the AAA Visa
I'll keep the Fidelity Amex in mind. Do you have to jump through a lot of hoops to open a cash management account? I'd like to buy some stock (namely SPY). Would a Fidelity brokerage account qualify me for the Amex?

you don't even need the brokerage account to open the fidelity amex... the points will just stay on the card until you either trade them in for cash at 1% or open a brokerage account and set them up to transfer out of the credit card to the brokerage account and earn the full 2%.
but sounds like it would be way more useful to get better balance or AA if you can't even use the amex for the main purchases you would use it for.
Just found out about the Santander "Bravo" World MC. Even with the $49 AF, it could still be a great everyday card.

I was declined for it and it took me over a month to find out... they were so unhelpful, confused...
If you don't need it...why app? I ruined my AAoA and my FICO dropped down quite a bit. I was in the high 700s and suddenly found myself in the mid to high 600s. And had trouble securing a decent rate auto loan when I had to go shopping again. Don't do it! You already have a nice line up of cards, what more else is there to gain?

Well, you only have 1 Cash+ and 1 Sallie Mae card, so if more would be beneficial you could start with obtaining another of those.
A 2% on everything card is useful. So probably the Fidelity Amex. Unless you value travel rewards.
Bank of America Better Balance Rewards is great for a free $100 cash back a year, Just put your lowest monthly bill on that card and pay in full.
US Bank will start issuing cards this fall on the Amex network. We don't know the details, but perhaps they will come up with a new card that is interesting.
