Interesting - Never charged AF for CSP

I was approved for the Chase Sapphire preferred in 2022. I fully expected and planned for the $95 annual fee to be charged the following year but I never received it. I thought "OK maybe there was some sort of a promotion? I'll get it next year"  but the following year came and went as did the years after and I have never been charged the annual fee. I feel like I won some sort of a lottery as this is one of my daily cards. 

I've never called Chase to inquire as I'm scared it's a fluke and they'll fix it and backdate the fees.😅

Has this happened to anyone else?

Are you absolutely sure? Check your transaction history. If that's true, it's awesome. Reminds me of the never-ending Amex gift card Tom Segura got.

Did you carefully check your first month statement and then that same month each year?  The AF for its corresponding year posts right away in the first month, not the last month.
