Guess some sort of acount with chase where they know you have over X amt with them whether that is 250k or something else, but guessing they know your net worth.
One can only speculate.. I use to work at Chase in the credit card division and helped write the some of the offer management system about 8 years ago, but deffinetly never saw any of this
. Its also been so long, I don't remember much from that contract eitherwas doing the behind the scene database work on the system
