I can't join PSECU because I don't live in PA.  I have RBFCU and they offer good credit card and debit card program.  Firstmark CU also offer it too. They're opened to everyone.

RBFCU is local credit union in Texas.  I like their credit card and debit program. They got good check card  and it gives you back 10 cents every time you use.
