Apple card likes heavy use. I'd say in the 30-50% CL usage/mo - obviously without a carried balance. CLI can be requested every 3 months (90 days) and yes, it's a soft pull. They are generally generous (as mentioned above) as long as you are making good use of your limit. Also, there's been many posts pointing out they like you using the card for Apple purchases and that it can influence CLI.
Good luck!

Hi @AlanGJP, Thank you very m,uch for your input. You mentioned about use at Apple store which caught my attention. I like your advice. Right now I spent $1320 / $1500 at Apple Store buying items. They put it on installments for 12 months at 0% Interest. I am planning on paying it off with in a month or two and try to buy more from Apple store. At that time do I contact CSR ask for CLI first before I make the purchase or should I try SCT and see if they give me CLI or additional credit for purchase the at Apple store to go through.
Requesting a CLI for the Apple card couldn't be easier. Open your wallet app > Apple Card > hit the ... on the top
You should see something like "contact" or something similar. You're looking for the imessage link - (Don't have my phone handy at the moment, if you can't find it - I'll update this tomorrow). You should be in imessage - type in "Credit Limit Increase" - just that, and you should get a response asking for your income. Respond and you'll get a reply in a few seconds. Super easy, but can only be done every 90 days.
I have no first hand knowledge with regards to odds based on using the card for Apple purchases. I'm only passing that on based on posts I've read over the last several months. My personal experiance was throwing around 50-75% CL spend on the card during the first three months and receiving a CLI doubling my limit. I don't use my Apple card all that much (Mainly use my Amex cards) - although I did just buy an iPhone 13 Pro Max 512GB, using it. I'll be at my next 90 days next month, so we'll see if that has an impact. (My usage has been fairly low the previous couple months)
Whatever happens, let is know how it turns out. More data points are always welcome.

Hi @AlanGJP, Thank you very much for the information. I went ahead and contacted Apple GS support and asked for CLI. They said I have to wait for 90 days from the account opening. CSR said as soon the purchases are posted to my account I would be able to make a payment and free up the balance. In the next few days once the purchases post to my account, I'll pay off the balance. Next time when I make future purchases from Apple store I'll ask CSR for the increaase. If all fails I'll try the SCT again and see if they approve the CLI. Any way this is really interesting moment for me. Hope this card will grow with my needs. I like Amex too and it is my favorite card. Right now I have Optima Card due to recent hardships. I am hoping to apply for Amex Amazon Biz card some time around 8/22 and start using it. Thanks for your input and advice.
@Red1Blue Just because it's easier to get doesn't mean is not a prime card; Capital one is also a prime lender. As a matter of fact apple card is superior than my citi dc. Most businesses in my area accept apple pay which is very convenient for me when switching cards.

+100,000. While getting a particular card can be an ego boost, outside of the enthusiasts that frequent MF or the other sites like DoC/FT/reddit most people don't really know or care.
While you may occasionally get a comment from a clerk about how the card looks or that they have the same card all that a vendor really cares about (other than the transaction fees they are responsible for) is that the purchase gets approved when using the card.

Right, and the comment can be because the card is unusual with nothing about it being "prime" (which is nearly meaningless) or good in some way. (I get comments on my LTL Bank Hits for Hire Visa Sig. It has good SUB, one free hit after spending $10K in 3 months, but the AF and APR are almost subprime)
What's a prime card?
My Amex has $29K limit and payday loan APR at 24.47%
My little $500 CU card from eons ago has 5.99% apr.
Which one is which?

Where are you getting payday loans with that APR! That's more like a monthly one.
Payday loans: Map shows typical APR in each state (cnbc.com) give 391% as the typical payday rate in WA. So, the Amex is prime!

I dunno, I think I'm supposed to be offended by APR on one and limit on the other one.
