Hello everyone,
Just curious if anyone is having any luck contacting CC Company for CLI?
My job is not affected thankfully but I still worry about having a good nest egg with money in the bank and credit.
Just curious if anyone has had any luck asking for CLI with the recent events going on in the world?
Just got a CLI from NFCU yesterday, and a CLI from Citi several days ago.
Got a CLI from US Bank last week
There does not appear to be any shortage of CC approvals & CLI in the Approvals Forum.
I got a CLI from Citi a couple weeks ago.
From navy a few days ago

Looks like ClI's are alive and well ...
My understanding is that it vary much depends on the lender. Some lenders are tightening lending because they are skittish. Others are actually going out of their way and saying that you should lean on them because they are quite happy to hand out credit like the Opera Show. Remember lenders know you are going to be in one of several categories and the only thing they truly care about is being repaid, preferably with interest. Since you still have your job and are actively working on making cash you are in the best position to negotiate since there is no strain visible to them.
Discover and Chase For Me with Cli..and Navy came thru with a (emergency loan)
Discover CLI after I asked on Monday.
Credit is still cheaper than its ever been. The banks are much better prepared for an economic downturn then they were over a decade ago. As long as you are employed and still are able to make payments, it's the same tune as usual.
