Don't assume the worst.  It could be something simple like they want a copy of your driver's license and utility bill.  This happens sometimes if you've been at your current address less than 2 years and they can't verify you.  Good luck, and let us know!

I have not called because all the numbers given are for cardholders. I guess I will wait until I receive my letter.

I got the same message... waited till i got the letter and was approved.
