Issue with Amex Prequal Site?

I have been trying to get a pre-approval for an Amex credit card and I always just get: "Sorry, we are unable to find any mail offers for you at this time.
Log-in now for personalized offers, engaging interactive experiences, and fast servicing."

Prequal sites work for me with many other banks, Chase, Citi, Capital One, etc. I also received mail offers for Amex charge cards in the past. Does this possibly have something to do with me having a PRG?

Is anyone else having issues with the Amex prequal site?

The fact that you have received it in the past solidifies the fact that if you do qualify for an offer, you will get it /will be shown. The response you are getting now is because you don't qualify for any special offers at this time after after pulling your report.

This is normal with American express.

Are you talking about the part of the Amex site where you type in your information and last 4 of social? I was just on it 2 hours ago and it offered three different cards.

Yes, that's the prequal site.

I guess I have to play the waiting game (if I can lol). I don't want to happen, what happened with my PRG. I didn't want to wait anymore and applied. 2 weeks later, I received an offer in the mail that was twice as good for the same card
