JFCU - CC approved but problems setting up share savings

I was recently approved for a CC with JFCU. The limit is 3000 and will be my highest CL since I started my credit rebuilding process. I sent all of the required info in. I received a call yesterday to review my application and set up my account. Part of the process involves them verifying info on my credit report with me. She said that the system would not bring up the questions and she would have to review my application with her supv. Has anyone ever had this problem. Does this mean that I wont be getting the account, The rep said that she will call me back no later than Tuesday.

From what you wrote I would gather that they had a computer issue and would have to do a manual review.  I don't think I would worry too much about it.  If you have already been approved then I don't see any problem.

Your Tuesday call should clear everything up!

Justice pull another inq for me to set up the share savings account.  Has anyone else had this happen?

I.ve heard of other CU pulling an INQ to setup the Share Savings account and then again for the CC. I guess this is the same thing only in reverse because you applied for the card before joining. Too bad they have to do something like that. Especially if you do both in a short period of time.

Some CU will pull EX to open a share account, then pull EQ for loans/credit cards. NASA pulled all CRAs on my CC application.
