How can you join if you don't live in PA?

They closed the back door into psecu years ago when they had flood of people join for the free ex fico and cool combo credit product they have.

I was able to join and am in FL.

I applied last year, right before they changed the residential requirement, and they still rejected my app because I was out of state. How were you able to join living in FL? Do you have a relative in PA?

I joined Parks and Services which made me an eligible to join.

I live in FL too.

Like another poster mentioned, the rules may have changed.  I think it was in 2011 when I joined.
