Juniper - Very Low CLI

Got approved for the Juniper Carnival at a very low CLI ($250) after it was initially declined due to my BK which was discharged in '06.  Guy was really nice, but I couldn't talk him into at least a $500 CL.  Has anyone else gotten such a low CL with them?

I'm thinking what I'll do is use the card for 3-6 months, PIF each month, and then request a CLI.  If that doesn't work I'll come up with another game plan.

I found Juniper stingy with CLIs, but for DW and I they were good with initial CLs

got the apple.juni visa, opened april 2007, got $250 bk 09/04 used card and from prev posts thought at 1 yr wld b given cli..even called them multiple times..apr stunk no cli so closed card at 1 yr

Does anyone know how willing Juniper would be to reaffirm a debt if I am filing Ch 7? Thanks
