Does Junny have a backdoor number?  I need to request a CLI...had it for 7 months...needs a increase NOW...they are my low3st CL but also low3st APR....

There have numerous complaints about Junny and CLIs.  They don't seem to like giving them at all.  I have only had mine 10 months, not a sign of a CLI
The slide from grace is really more like gliding
And I've found the trick is not to stop the sliding
But to find a graceful way of staying slid

yep...I seee...just called and I get this foreign guy and he tells me its auto...I was like who can I talk to b/c you all say 3-6 mnths...and its not showing anything...he states they will send me a letter I was like don't send me a letter you just told me verbally...I don't understand that though...lowest CL and my scores are better than when I applied and they give me the run around...Junny is on it way to being closed...

My CL with them is OK, and I get cheap gas.  DWs CL is high and we get free books, so we are keeping them.  It all depends what one wants out of a card

Juniper is very unfriendly in regards to customer requested CLIs. I've had a card for 2.5 years and have never been able to request an increase. I received once automatically after having it for about 7 months and nothing since then. Your best bet would be to try to get connected with the credit department. The CSRs and their supervisors will just read you a script and tell you it's an automated service. If you can get ahold of somebody from the credit department you may be able to get some help.

TU (5/14/14): 796 (Inquiries; 8/23/13)
EQ (3/23/14): 791 (Inquiries: 8/23/13)
EX (9/24/13): 780 (Inquiries: 7/2/12; 11/20/12; 7/30/13; 8/23/13)

Goals: No new inquiries for 2014, 800 for all CRs by 12/31/14
