Aaack! If there's any way that you can back down the font and bold and color a bit, my 53-year-old Lasik-corrected eyes would be grateful. 
Anyway, from what I've read here, you generally can't get a CLI on activation, but you can always try. Be aware though, that they might use it as an excuse for another hard inq. In some score buckets (new to credit, rebuilding, etc.) that's no biggie; just so you're aware.

Not to get off subject but I had Lasik surgery about 6 months ago. I love it so far. One eye is 20/10 and the other is 20/30. My doctor believes the 20/30 will still fall in place. Either way I went from being legally blind to now seeing like a champ. Ok maybe my eyes are not 53 yrs old, but I have been wearing glasses for the last 22 years (6 yrs old). It totally changed my life.
Now to get back on subject.....Great job on the CLI, but like others said, hold off on the other request. No sense on getting another INQ because of it.
