I am ready to receive the CLDs and Account closures. It might not happen, but just in case, I wanted to hear from those of you who had success in having accounts reopened when closed due to opening too many accounts in a short period of time. Thank you! Besides the new accounts, I've also had a lot of great things happen to my credit. I got a collection taken off. I also paid a loan down in full.

I don't think any of them will CLD or close you.
What did you have before this?
What kind of CL's you get approved for?
and what HSBC card did you get? because if you say Orchard I'm going to slap my screen! sounds like you got some good cards.

LOL! What makes you say that? I personally don't think you need to worry about being CLD'd. Unless you already have a card with Barclay, they might be pulling their hair out a bit, but it seems you have a good lineup, especially the Citi and Chase accounts. What card did you open with HSBC, Chase and Citi?

I only had a Walmart and Paypal Smart Connect before these--low limits and excellent payment history (two years).

Talking to Nationwide customer care reps is like watching a tortoise cross the street when you have somewhere really important to be, but you don't want to run over the poor thing.

Well you have a good lineup, and even if your previous two cards do decide to CLD, or close, you're still fine. You have a great Chase, and Citi card that will definitely grow overtime, but what made you apply for the Citi Hilton card over the Amex one? And also, great HSBC card too. Glad its not a rebuilder
