Chase is 50% of it. Which I think is a good thing, because I heard Chase can be good with CLI's.
My experience with Chase is the worst and most difficult to work with.
Top 3 Best:
1. Amex
2. Citi
3. BoA
Top 3 Worst:
1. Chase
2. Barclay
3. Discover

Wait, in trying to get CLIs? In that case, I completely agree with listing Discover there. My card with them is now six months old and still stuck at 500 and I've tried doing a CLI request several times only to get denied each time. My CapOne card has grown faster. I don't know about Chase and Barclays in that aspect since I'm still sort of new to both of them but we'll see.

To work with in terms of attempting to get a CLI. Those 3 lenders below are very stingy in my opinion. Funny how AMEX and Discover are tied in highest customer satisfaction this year, but yet if we base it solely on CLI, AMEX has a better reputation and ease of executing one.
I've been with Chase over a year and haven't received a CLI for any card. I got a Slate to BT and paid off the balance within like four-six months. My other Chase card was also at 0. I finally had to transfer CL and close the Slate. A point was made about another bank, Barclay, telling a customer--- when CLs are moved from one card to anther, it will set the system back. I guess it appears to be a CLI to the computer. That might be what did it for my Chase as I did two reallocations since having the card. Also, I've taken out more credit cards since getting Chase. I strongly believe opening new credit and transferring limits push back CLIs(and obviously ones reports changing for the worst).
Best has to be GE/Synchrony. Given me increases like clockwork.
Citi has given me increases on both my cards after six months.
Cap1 has given me increases on both my cards after credit steps, Luv button, and then EO route.
Comenity has given me increases on both my cards five-six months.
Discover has given me one increase.
The Worst will have to be Chase and Wellsfargo(although only have had this card 8 months).
I had my Chase Freedom for 6 years and never received an Auto CLI. My Chase Amazon had only one auto CLI within 6 months of approval, and I had that card for almost 4 years now.
I have found Citi to also be just as stingy as Discover is. Been stuck with this 1k limit for over a year now. No auto CLIs or anything. Ran so much into this card.

chase is only good with CLI's if you consider APing and getting approved for a new card and consolidating the CL's on the card you want to have a higher limit on. In 3 years with chase only 2 auto-cli's one for freedom, one for slate both CLI's were 300, 10% of the CL on the cards. Not exactly CLI friendly in my book. But I do love chase, they gave me my highest CL's to start on the Southwest card, and 2x visa signature cards.
