Thanks Notfancy, I'm thinking thats what they pull in MI too.
Do you have one of their cards?
I don't. I applied a while ago and my reports were messier than I was aware of, and I probably also had too many inquiries.

I think they pulled EQ which is 741. I got 15 months no interest, including balance transfers. though there is a fee (4%) for the balance transfers. 15.99%, whcih wasn't their lowest. This was from a pre-approval in the mail.
The credit limit was the best part..they started me at $10,000 which is my highest card.
I got the card because I bank with them and get lots of rewards points each time I pay a bill or do anything with my checking account. I got 25,000 bonus points for approval and then extra for spending a certain amount the first month.
I believe they actually service their own cards now. The card took 2 full weeks to arrive, so be patient.
Interesting and thank you for the info!
Did they give instant approval? I dont bank with them but theyre popular in my location.

Really?
Thats what the Credit Pulls database shows. They can pull any one of those three.
Thats is the first place I looked! I was asking if they had a preferred bureau like so many others do
What's the appeal of these cards? I understand if you had the rewards checking account and only wanted one card, I guess it would be okay, but the rewards seem meh.

It isn't so much the rewards but adding a relationship.
MSUFCU *cough cough*
I did get instant approval but had to call in for the CL and like I said it took two full weeks for the card to arrive. I have banked witht them for over 11 years and generally have a high balance in my checking account. The pre-approval offer was better than their online deal. Their point system isn't so great, but this card does get 5 points per dollar, while my debit card with them is only 1/5 point per dollar.
