Re: Let's talk options now that Truecredit is done!

I just now signed up for the Credit Check Total service. I like the format O.K. Will have to wait and see how the 3-bureau report looks. According to the site, it might not be available during the 9 day trial period, but at this time that is my only option. I was on Truecredit.com for about a year and liked it very much, Faco's withstanding. I'll be calling them to cancel before my next mo. installment is due. Too bad.

If you are finding you can only pull monthly reports on CIDP, try the below link.

Re: Let's talk options now that Truecredit is done!

Chase sent me an email to let me know they cancelled my Chase ID Protect. They said they couldn't process my credit card (not sure why) but I signed up again on 11-11 and I am still getting daily pulls. I heard around this same time they were switching to once a month, but this did not happen with my new account. Maybe it just hasn't happened yet, but, so far I am still pulling daily. (And would like for it to stay that way)

edit to add: this post was split off per stef's request after winding up on the wrong thread. Edited to get correct thread title on; the thread itself was not edited.

Re: Let's talk options now that Truecredit is done!

Hmm I see a poster above listed a link that may give daily vs monthly pulls. When I looked at their site the service description states:

Whether you're concerned about identity theft, or planning a major purchase, it's smart to check the status of your credit files periodically. And we make it easy, by giving you continued access to your credit reports and credit scores with the ability to refresh new reports monthly-so you can see where you stand whenever you like. We'll help you understand how your report works, as well as how your score is determined, with a detailed, step-by-step explanation.

Looks like they went monthly pulls also.

Sorry for the thread jack, but I went to get info for Chase ID Protect and it states:

Looks like their service has changed to monthly as well. Edit to add: thanks alot TC.

Re: Let's talk options now that Truecredit is done!

I signed up for theFree Trial of Credit Check Total with the understanding that I'd be able to pull the report as many times as I wanted to during the free trial.

So far it's not letting me pull any reports other than the one I pulled on Friday.

Still not getting any kind of assurance that this service even has unlimited reports... when I go to pull an updated credit report it sends me to their billing page to fork over $40. Ha!

Re: Let's talk options now that Truecredit is done!

How come nobody has brought up National City ID Protect?

http://ncidentityprotect.com/IDN/(iatpee45wzsa4f45dva53rf0)/coverdell_login.aspx

$1 for first 30 days of NCIDP - Enroll Promo Code; 766318, for 1 person;

766319 (2 people) (like if you wanted to add your spouse)

I know it is TU based, but is still allowing daily pulls, unless I am missing something?

I think you will have to copy and paste the link into your browser.
