Re: List The Positive Things From CCC Thread,

good question...

You've got me stumped.

I've had to fight tooth and claw to get what I wanted with these companies, not one of them went above and beyond to make me satisfied.

So the positive things would have to be about the way I've behaved as a cardholder.

Re: List The Positive Things From CCC Thread,

Amex customers service and generous CLI's.

Discover's online payment setup that posts the payment the same day as long as it is entered before  5pm. It even looks like a check! LOL.

Re: List The Positive Things From CCC Thread,

Had great past and current experiences with Wamu, JusticeFCU, Nordstrombank, Capital One as well... all 4 have great CSR, but JusticeFCU and Nordstrombank stick out more for great CL's lol. Cap1 is also good with CLI'S, taken into consideration that my Bk in 05-06 listed 3 cap1 TL in my petition.

Re: List The Positive Things From CCC Thread,

1.) Amex: da best. very generous, offered very low APR, excellent customer service and rewards program

2.) FIA: second best. generous, low APR and good customer service

Re: List The Positive Things From CCC Thread,

USAA, who offered me (out of the clear blue sky) first an MC, then a CLI to $7K, then an Amex, then a HELOC preapproved for $125K (I took $50K), then a CLI on the Amex to $30K;
cc's to my adult kids; a pay-at-home deposit option where I scan in a check, hit a button, and it's posted to my account; rewards program on both CC's $1 = 1 point, unlimited, rewards on the DEBIT card $2 = 1 point; and on and on.

I *heart* USAA, and it looks like they *heart* me back! Smiley Happy

Fused, do you have a VISA thru FIA card services? I thought I was one of the only people here...as I never hear anyone talk about them...

U know I hate you HTSU..lol!!!  Can't get in with USAA, they don't appreciate us who were out of service before they started serving the enlisted.
