I was wondering about that, because I remember that it used to be just officers, and maybe NCO's. When did they change? I'm glad they did, but I wish they would backdate the eligibility.
I wasn't even in the service; just another colonel's kid.
They only served officers in my day. Hey you're a customer in good standing, write petition on my behalf...lol
Yup! I use the points and convert to cash and deposit the money in my daughter's 529 Plan.

I feel the same way towards NSB, by far best CSR I've ever encountered since my first TL back in 1986. Really generous with CLI's along with low aprs.
