Login problems

Hi. I have tried with today to login to my online account two sets of two, three times each, but it shows me a false message telling me as if my SSN info is wrong, I have to enter to make an auto-payment that didn't go through this week, to see what happened. Thanks

What bank? Is it possible that they locked you out? Have you called them?
