Long time viewer/ Questions?

I am somewhat new to the card rewards game, usually just had my banks cards, JP Morgan Select Card, crappy points and the trust management team that pushed the MLynch Octavia AMEX , both cards are to say the least underwhelming with respect to rewards, benefits perhaps but earning structure on jps is 1:1. Question, what is the consensus on the Prestige Card, Barclays AA, Chase Reserve, and AMEX Marriott, I have an old 1998 Platinum I use every so often. My scores according to MYFICO Exp. 809 Eq. 817 Tu 820 Inq 7-2-0 last account opened was a Reserve loc against my portfolio for a residential property I purchased but it was not financed as such and does not report as one. Other than that I have not opened any card since 2015 when Jp Morgan gave me the Pallidium now the Select. Aaoa 22 years 5 months, uti 4% income 400k+. Thank you for your help with my questions! (In Texas if that matters)

I hear people talk up the CSR quite a bit for travel, especially in the higher Income brackets. So if you travel often it might suit you as a more versatile point card.

As for Amex Marriott, you'ld probably do best to wait for to fill you in.

Can you clarify a few points? If you had the former Palladium, that should've PC'd into the JPM Reserve, not the JPM Select. The Select has not been offered for a very long time and a variety of folks were converted to CSP.

Do you have a lot of assets with JPM or ML? The only reason I ask is that the Merrill Octave was usually available by invitation and for individuals or entities with assets >$10MM last I recall.
