I'm looking to come up with a list of low intro rate credit cards that are somewhat off the beaten path. Yes, there's Discover® et al, but I already have most of these cards.
I'll start.
Commerce Bank. 0% APR for the first 12 months on the Special Connections® Card.
One AZ Credit Union. 0% APR for the first 12 months on the State Forty Eight Card.
UMB Direct Cash card. 0% APR for the first 12 months on their Direct Cash card.
Any others?
@Zosimus I will try to add a few to your list of "off the beaten path" cards. I like a credit card challange Maybe one of these will be a good fit

This isn't a very difficult challenge right now if you beat the bushes a little bit, but I'll throw a few in that I found from large national lenders. On average, it looks like at least 75% of lenders I've searched had at least one offering. Sometimes it's the same across all cards and other times they offer it just on one card (typically the "low rate" version) or offer better terms on one card.
Here's a few that I don't think were mentioned yet. Since there are so many options at minimum of 12 months, I won't mention anything less than that time-frame. I especially find those with 15 to 18 months and/or 3% BT fees to be quite generous and surprising in this economic climate.
TD Bank has some very good offers for a large bank. BT fee is only 3%.
Zions Bankcorp has 0% for 15 months on their CLARITY card for BT processed in first 60 days and only a 3% BT fee. Zions operates under different names in different states:
1. Zions Bank (For those who live in Utah, Idaho or Wyoming)
2. Nevada State Bank (For those who live in Nevada)
3. Amegy Bank (For those who live in Texas)
4. Vectra Bank (For those who live in Colorado or New Mexico)
5. California Bank & Trust (For those who live in California)
Rockland Trust Bank / Nantucket Bank has 0% for 18 months with a 5% BT fee on (ALL) of their Elan-branded cards (Max Cash Preferred; Travel Rewards +; Everyday Rewards +; Reserve Rewards +; Platinum.)
has same deal as Rockland Trust w/Elan cards.
Ameris Bank has same deal as Rockland Trust w/Elan cards.
Perhaps this is on all Elan cards sponsored through Elan/US Bank?
Fifth Third Bank has 0% APR for 15 months on their 1% cash back card. (4% BT fee.)
KEY Bank has 0% APR with 4% BT fee.
BMO Harris has 0% APR for 15 months with 4% BT fee on their Platinum card.
Trustmark Bank (Mississippi) has 0% APR for 12 months with 3% BT on either their Blue Pearl or Blue Diamond card.
M&T Bank has 0% APR for 12 months with 4% BT fee on three of their cards.
Simmons Bank has 0% APR for 12 months with 5% BT fee on two cards:
Tried out the regions pre approval and took a pass. Apr after the into period was 21.24%. Whitch is almost their lowest offered
( they range from 19.24 to 29.24)
but the $1750 limit they offered was too low
Sorry to hear that. It has been my experience with Regions that if you do not have a relationship with them they generally offer a smaller starting limit; sometimes like US Bank does. My mom has a couple of thousand in a checking with Regions and just ran it and they offered her a large SL so maybe a relationship can play a factor in getting a larger SL with them.?. I have also seen others get a SL of 20K with them but do not know if they already banked with them or what.
Best of luck!
@Aim_High Zions Bancorp operates in Arizona as the National Bank of Arizona.
