have always wondered about the visa as well.. my guess is one of three things either no longer offered or invitation only or was bought from another bank that issues a visa version and no longer exists except legacy people. I have been on forum what 6 years and heard nothing of visa version other than when i login to view bills i see visa and store card

edit: see this was a cap1 product no longer offered although still exists under sync umbrella

I actually asked someone in the store about this card as other's have said it was bought from Capital One now Synchrony just services it.
