Use chat.  Tell them that the online link isn't working.  Ask for $25K and tell them that you are remodeling your house.

I've done mine through Credit Solutions but chat also works. You can find the # in the backdoor numbers thread under GE Credit Solutions.

I have found both to be helpful. There is a sticky for backdoor numbers. Check under Synchrony or GE.

I dont have the lowes. but im gonna get it after my home depot hp for cli.

Im pretty sure its not like walmart. you need to call credit solutions. just call number on back of card. they will connect you to credit analyst when you mention you want cli. chat is good on walmart. not so sure on lowes. but whatever don't hit the luv button. just call em.
