Re: Lowes question

Some people have been having success using the online chat feature. Unfortunately, it has not worked for me for any of my synchrony cards.

Re: Lowes question

Lowes CLI request by button or chat is a SP - tell them you want to do some remodeling (new frig, new roof, remodel bath, whatever) and you want to take advantage of their 84 month financing. Ask for $15k "because you don't want to max out your credit line" and you are not sure how much the project is going to cost. They'll counter usually, and maybe you'll get 10k or 12k - do it on Chat and if they can't aprove it on Chat they'll give you a case number to have you call in.

good luck !

+1 I was able to get mine raised to 25k as many others have done also. Synch seems to be fairly lenient when it comes to CLIs on the lowes card in general.

Re: Lowes question

Use the chat feature. I did the "request increase" on the website 8 months ago and went from $1900 to $5200. This time, using the chat feature, the agent asked me my annual income and  requested limit. I asked for 25k and after about one minute, I was approved for my full requestd amount of  25k. I have had the card since '06, no lates, and have a 782 EQ FICO score. Not sure if they did a soft aor hard pull.  Also tried for an interest rate reduction, but that didn't work. You can see my chat with Lowes here: http://bit.ly/1Q1i0Bk

Re: Lowes question

I was originally approved for 3k and when I got the card I called the number on the back of the card and got it bumped to 10k. Then after 6 months I got on chat and was able to increase it to 25k. Between CLI's I could never get the luv button to work. So I would suggest calling or chat. Neither CLI has resulted in a HP.
