I did mine via online chat. I asked for 25k, he stated that anything over 15k took a special department and asked if I wanted to wait. I said I would wait, less then a minute later he came back with an increase to 25k. Soft Pull for the increase. Now if the rain would ever stop here I will actually use it to get some stuff done outside the house.
