My lowest, for years, has been my Wells Fargo Visa. Up until the Fed raised the Prime, it was at 6.25 percent for years. It's currently at 6.99 I do have a Simmons First card, with 7.5 percent but a CL of only 7,500. I keep it mainly for the rare times I need a small balance transfer (no fee but regular APR), or a cash advance (low APR for that).
I have several WF accounts, which I think are needed to get the lowest APR.
Wow! That is shockingly low for a major bank! I would think you must be an exception case!

Thanks for the info and correction. I haven't looked at them for years since I have zero interest in their interest. Other than low APR's the products offered by Simmons don't hold any interest for me.
@Anonymous wrote:What is the lowest APR credit card one can get from bank or credit union? ......Not counting limited short term 0 intro offers?
anything lower than 8%?
My Vital FCU is 6.99%, but offers 5.99% Christmas promotions every year....Your lowest rate cards will usually be from a credit union, but will usually lackSUB and big rewards. I am a big believer in credit unions for all financial dealings...they are owned by the members and not rich bankers....Credit Uniions Rock!!!
Generally speaking most discover cards will easily function as 4.99% for 18 months no fee. Cash deposit as well. Shocked it hasn't increased with prime!
Yea I applied for my credit union around me and got a 7.9 interest rate. And citibank just lowered my interest rate from a 12.74 to a 6.74!!! Crazy thing is that simmons bank denied me but Im getting a better interest rate everywhere else anyway!
Is this unheard of at citibank to lower my interest rate by 6 points from 12.74 to 6.74? I didnt believe it at first because I always ask for them to lower it and only get like maybe 1 or 2% lowered in a 5 year period.
