Lowest CSP credit limit

If you are to "earn 40,000 bonus points after you spend $4,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening", how low can the card’s initially approved credit limit go?

What's this thread about?  I don't get it!!

 

 

My CSP was approved for $7900 and I moved $6000 to my Slate to make limit 8300 and another $600 to my Freedom to make limit 6000.  My CSP currently sits at $1300
