Lowest ICL for BCE

So I went on a little app spree this week, decided it was time to get rid of my college cards.  Applied for Citi TY, approved at $6.5K, Freedom approved at $6K, BCE approved at $1K.  All approvals were instant, but I did have to call Chase and Amex to get my lines of credit.  

Has anyone seen a BCE issued with a lowly $1K line?  Do you think I can get $3K at 61 days, $9K at six months and $25K after 14 months?

I've only seen/heard of one op getting a $1k icl with Amex. The median lowest icl with Amex seems to be $2k. You can get a 3xcli IF you don't open any more accts, keep util low, pif, and stop dead in your tracks with the credit seeking! The low limit may be a result of your income compared to your limits if you have a lot of avail credit. I got an icl of $3,500.

Personally, if I were you, I would be happy that I got approved with BCE, specially you just app for the other two.

That's just me, and I may be wrong.

I currently have $4.5k in student loan debt, with an income of $72K. My  previous lines of credit were $750 and $1k, with 5 % UTI.  No other debt.

Oh then they should have allowed you a muuuch higher limit.
My income is similar, except I have $36k in student loans, but I also have $80k in avail revolving credit. Hmmmm interesting

I'm in the same boat as you...1k limit on BC should be getting here tmrw. I can tell I was very borderline as they pulled all 3 reports.

You may be able to get those credit limit increases, but they certainly aren't guaranteed.

Nothing in life is guaranteed :-P. They pulled all three of my reports too :-(.
