I'm just curious, it may have already been asked but what is a luv button? I see that term thrown around a lot on the forum. This is no joke, when I first saw some postings about it, I logged on to some of my accounts and was searching for a button with a heart on it.
What exactly is it? A link to request for a CLI and only certain people get it?
Thanks! I have some new credit, waiting to see if I can get a CLI on them. Didn't know what I was suppose to be looking for when I logged on to my accounts.

For Citi accounts you can sometimes find an offer for a CLI in the Tools and Services pulldown menu and sometimes at the bottom right of the screen when you log in.

For HSBC cards the luv button is usually on the left hand side.
For Chase cards you have to call.
For Capital One cards you have to hit yourself over the head with a mallet until you see double.

Thank you, I'll be here all week. Be sure to tip your waiter, 'cause it's probably me.
