So I was browsing around the forum and saw people use mint.com to keep track of their finances so I decided to give it a try and started playing around with it and it is awesome!! While browsing through my finances I realized in the month of November I spent $517.00 on restaurants
needless to say I was appalled. Then I looked on December and I have spent $301 on restaurants and I was still appalled. Really made me sit back and realize that I should take my lunch to work and stop eating out so much on weekends!!
Thank you for everyone who suggested using the website its a real eye opener and I recommend it to everyone!!

I'm curious about trying mint.com. Anybody know how safe it is? I feel a little nervous giving them access to all my accounts.

I think it is safe, I think it is an intuit website (i could be wrong) which is the maker of Quickbooks

$820.00 in two months for eating out? Your out of your mind. I spend that for feeding my son and I every 4-5 months.....
A lot of people I know use it, but I just dont' feel comfortable having that thing pry at my personal information. I get very resistant to things like that. It's also why I don't do those Google wallet things. I feel like that's TOO MUCH information that could get comprised in one place.
