Bloomingdale's is not quite as generous, but still dishes out decent CLI's.
Started out at either $300 or $500? I cannot remember.
Here is the Amex version of Bloomingdale's.
I've never had a Macy's card but I've received decent CLI amounts ranging from 3-4K on my Bloomingdales. It grew from $400 to 25K in a matter of 26 months. Just got it upgraded to the AMEX version this past week.

Not as generous. My recommendation would be not to get another store card just to get a store card. If you will actually use it, maybe, but quite a few get it to try to get the mythical 25k limits but use it very little. I achieved the 25k Macys card but honestly, meh, do i really need a 25k card that might see $50-$100 a year?. It was nice to achieve but it did not open the coffers from other lenders. Lenders arent stupid . They know not all 25k limit are created the same as funny as that sounds.
@razzy116 i know you post quite alot on various credit cards but i think if you become more strategic, you can end up with some great cards, not just showme cards. Call me jaded, call it growing up but as i get further into this credit journey, i now find myself asking myself do i actually need a specific cc? Will i actually spend on it?. Each of us have different views and goals so i cant say what's actually best for you, but i can offer my opinion based of my last 6 years experience with credit and this forum . Good luck should you choose to pursue this card though i wish you would continue to garden to strenghten your profile
How long has every one had the cards on your first credit increase?
