I was told at the jewelry counter for the jewelry line you had to make a minimum purchase of $500 and they will give you 0% for 12 months.  Or maybe it was 24.  Anyway, if someone else got a line without purchasing, YMMV.

So, is the jewelry line a SP or HP? I would love to get my mom some nice jewelry for her birthday.

Thanks!

Just as an FYI the jewelry line is reporting as a personal/installment loan on TU & EQ at least for me...

it will come as part of your store account but will be an additional line of minimum payment I believe if still done like furniture use to be.

Thanks! That would be great for me since I do not have any installment or personal loans listed. I think that would help with the diversity of my credit portfolio, if I am correct?

Re: Macy's CLI Question...

My Macy's card had a credit line of $100 opened Jan 2015.

Last Night I called for a CLI. Nice lady asked me how much I was looking for, I stated 1,500 would be PERFECT as I am getting ready to start some of my Holiday shopping this weekend.

She asked me if I was looking for 1,400 + the existing 100, or 1500 + 100. I stated 1,400 + 100 would be PERFECT. She asked to verify my income as well as rent/own, then very quickly came back with an APPROVAL for 1.5k.

Credit Karma shows as SP!!!!

I'm in the 670's, Goal is 700+ by EOY.
