@Anonymous wrote:I opened my account back in August still no report in any CR's. Came across this post. Any updates on these anyone?
I haven't had an update since September. Irritated!
Last report for me was in August. I'm very frustrated as my limit has increased by $9K. My util could use the padding with the shopping season approaching. Hopefully, it's fixed soon. My last statement was 11/15.
Macy’s CC is under Citibank, they are by far the worst bank I have experienced with EVER! They make subprime banks look like saints!
Yah they not reporting on my either and when you call them regarding errors that they have made, you have better luck talking to a monkey for better result. I really wish Macy would find another bank to handle their customers! I just get a vibe that they hate Macy’s customers!
same here.. does anyone have an update?

Nope nothing yet.
Statement number three in 5 days, has NOT reported. I've called 4 times and get a different excuse every time!

I called so much they start sending me letters saying thank you for your business we are closing your account at your request. I gave up. They haven't closed my account but I figure if I keep calling eventually they will due to their stupidity. I'm guessing it will be a hidden tradeline.
The same thing is happening to me but I just realized it I'm missing 5 months of on time payments with them
Applied in early-mid August online and got instantly approved for a $300 limit, which reported pretty much immediately. That was just days before the site went down for maintenance when they were re-designing their entire credit card site. Early September I request a CLI for $3300 which I got approved ( http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Credit-Card-Approvals/Macys-Love-Button-3000-increase-approved/td-p/... ) and to this day still not showing on any of my credit reports or creditkarma, still says I have a limit of only $300.
