Manual review question

I have a 6 1/2 year old Cap 1 charge-off that shows 1283 (on a high-balance of $363, interest ya know) on my account along with 2 perfect 2 year old citis (~$10k each) and a 11 Year old Discover ($10k). I have between $10 and $100 on the three good cards.

So the cap1 even though it is old is responsible for 90% of my outstanding debt. I know it is hurting my score, question is on manual review, will the fact that it is a 7 yo CO be discounted as not very important by the CC in light of positive 2 and 10 year old accounts?

Since you're asking about manual review it all depends on the underwriters and what sort of mood they are in that day.

I would say, though, that a 7 year-old CO is not hurting you that much, in light of the fact you have excellent history on a 10-year old TL.
