I don't think the 10k extra points is worth the AF first year and not getting an instant night at approval. I'd skip on this offer.

Think someone mentioned it on page 1 but the 70,000 offer + 1 free night with annual fee waiver offer is still active and probably a better value. That said, if you act confused you can probably convince them to waive the first AF...

70K + AF Waiver and comped night is more valuable by far and large.

Sounds great on the surface but the 70K offer that is still available is better.  No AF, lower spend and one free night.  10K extra points is not worth the AF

Damn I am definitely hitting Chase up again to match this offer. They did give me the 70k bonus for $2k spend but I'm gonna push my luck again. Thankfully my account is less than 3months old and I'm just about to reach  $3k spending on the card so they might be willing to issue an additional 10k bonus points. Wish me luck
