The pro card wasn't to be used for anything travel related (the Amex was for that) and the documentation that came with it stated that all the travel MCCs would be declined authorization (note that I took their word for it, and never tried personally).

Heh, I ran into something similar recently with my P-card. Was trying to buy a couple of tablets for a work project and the card was declined (and got a declined email from Citi stating something like "against corporate policy" as the reason). Ultimately had to go through the formal IT procurement process to get them.

Hey, everyone.  Since I last wrote I've been unable to successfully utilize either Consumer Transaction Controls or InControl with any credit card in my possession.  Has anyone been able to use, or received advertisements for, InControl or similar functionality?

I've got Mastercards from Citi, Barclay and Bank of America and this is the first I've heard of the transaction controls. It seems like a neat idea.
