Maybe I asked this question wrong

Can someone who has an account with Pen Fed tell me.....do they list your charges on your statement?I just recently joined and I got my first statement with the balance due but it does not show where the charge was from. This could get pretty rough if they don't list where the charges were made.My card is a Visa Rewards.

Thanks

Yes, they do, but you have to hunt.

Log in and go to your main page, which appears to be called Net Teller up in the URL. Look down near the bottom where the links are; find and click "View Credit Cards."

Net Teller will re-display, this time with your CC account. Click on the hyperlink for your account --it will say something like ******1234 --and that will list them. You can view by transaction date or by posting date.

Trying to pay online is even more exciting!

I love Penfed, but lordy, their site is a mess! Smiley Tongue

Wow, that is bizarre!

They do show the locations online, that I know. But I opted for no-paper from the get-go, so I don't know what those look like.

Good luck!
