Merrick Bank Double Your Line Platinum Visa question

No unfortunately I haven't gotten no correspondence emails text or letters from them regarding this and now they have gone and chose in my card and switched me over without my consent and they took my pink visa card and gave me another MasterCard I'm honestly very frustrated with them because all these changes were done and I was never informed and did not get to choose my color card like I did with the visa

Merrick Bank upgrade I was never informed about the upgrade got no emails or any type of letters regarding this the only way I found out was calling in to Merrick Bank about a total different problem and now I went from Visa platinum to a MasterCard and they gave me no option to choose my color card when I applied for a visa I applied for a color card And when I call customer service quite honestly everyone has been very rude and dismissive and giving no information about anything

You should've been informed well ahead of time. They had all sorts of marketing for it - mutiple mailers, multiple emails, notification on the website, etc since a few months before it actually happened, and yes they did let you choose your color in one of those emails/letters.

I don't quite understand how you weren't aware.

I wasn't and there was no updates or letters or anything that was sent to me so I just find that kind of bizarre I was just on here trying to look for a setaway or something how to fix it that's all but there definitely was no correspondence between them and me since it happened thanks for your reply
