Merrill+

Hey guys does anyone know where I can apply for this online? I tried through the phone and being that I'm self employed and the lady could barely speak English the process was extra complicated because I had to ask her to repeat everything she said. I ended up jus ending the call because it was getting ridiculous how badly she couldn't pronounce some things.

You can't.

That's an unusual situation.  Every time I've called, including my initial application, I got stateside customer service reps.  Try this number, which is the CS number from the back of my card:  877-465-2733.  If you  feel you've gotten off shore CS, ask to be transferred to a stateside rep.  I'd be surprised if what you detailed would happen again, based on my own ML experiences.

Agreed - I have always spoken to a stateside rep.

Very surprising indeed.
