Another update: called in to check my CL and the nice rep told me $3700!!! I'm stoked was honestly expecting $1000 because of my income. My question is when applying for the 3X's CLI in 61 days is it okay for me to request the full amount? Which would be $11,100(about $50 more than my income) or should I request a smaller amount?

I'm pretty responsible with this credit business so I wouldn't even pass the 30% mark, but it would be nice to have a 5 figure cl.

You can. I don't know that I would though. I'd just stick with the $3700 and when you need more credit (ie: have more income), ask for the 3x then. There is no hardfast rule that says you have to ask for 3x right at the 61 day mark.
