I wouldn't worry about it. It will reappear. If it doesn't within several days then I would worry about it.
It will show back up as a non-pending, completed transaction.

This frequently happens when a charge is about to post. It happened to me last night on Capital One. A few minutes later, the charge appeared as posted. With some banks (e.g. Barclays), I've seen charges disappear for several hours.
If the merchant has a problem posting the actual transaction later. The bank can just add the charge back in manually.
