Ring is kind of a strange bird.
I don't know how unusual it is, as far as how it functions, but I had a BMW Visa Sig card (issued by BMW Bank/BMW Financial Services) until a few years ago, which I know is not a card you see very often. I was always getting comments/compliments on it whenever I whipped it out! Oh, the good 'ole days of having Prime credit!

"Unusual" is subjective. Unusual in appearance? Unusual in benefits? Unusual in degree of difficulty to obtain or "exclusivity"? Unusual as in offered elsewhere, but not here in the USA?
Many cards are unusual in appearance. Some are with benefits, offering unique perks. Some are not obtainable by us common rabble Some can be custom designed, so they are a "one off" type product, no one else will have the same design.

For me, it would prolly be the FNBO Amex at 6.25% V APR, together with 1.5% cashback rewards (the rare card combo where you can have both a low interest rate together with a pretty good rewards program) Also my grandfathered Cap1 No Hassle Miles Ultra Platinum MC with 2% cashback rewards on travel purchases, which works like a Venture -- I was also able to get AF perma-waived for it -- but which Cap1 apparently sadly no longer issues, now that the Venture has succeeded/superseded it in their product line.
I always thought one of the more unique cards available is the JCB Marukai, simply because it is available in NA as part of a network that is rather unusual in the US. Besides my wife's connections to Japan, I would totally get one for the rewards if I lived in a qualifiying state!
