Multiple U.S. Bank CASH+ credit cards???

Has anyone here been successful in obtaining MULTIPLE U.S. BANK Cash+ credit cards at the same time?

Or is that not allowed? Smiley Sad

One can have multiple USB Cash+ CCs. Some folks have PC'd to Cash+ from other eligible products or spaced out their applications to obtain multiple from the get-go. As far as applying for 2 at the same time or within 30 days I haven't seen that, but perhaps others can chime in.

Have you looked into the ELAN MCP equivalent CCs?

Yes, as mentioned above. Data points on thread below

edit: if the question is if you can yolo and apply for two Cash+ cards at once I'm leaning towards no, wouldn't hurt to try and be the data point for every one and find out

Re: Multiple U.S. Bank CASH+ credit cards???

Thanks guys.

I screwed this up royally.

Let's try this again...

What I meant to say is...

Can someone APPLY for a 2nd US Bank CASH+ credit card (and get the sign-up bonus again), AFTER APPLYING (and getting approved) for the 1st card which also came with the same/similar signup bonus?

In other words, does anyone know the TIMEFRAME (i.e. CHASE) where a sign-up bonus would become eligible for this type of 'double dipping'? 👍

Finstar...

Thanks for the reply.

Honestly, I'd rather stick with the US Bank version and not the smaller bank knockoff versions of this card. 👍

According to the T&C when applying the answer is no since US Bank considers this a one time bonus. Exception is made for upgrade offers from other cards so a very limited window if you want the bonus again

"Existing and previous Cash Rewards accounts do not qualify for this one-time bonus. One-time bonus cash does not apply toward account upgrades."

Thanks. 👍

Ahh, so it's a once-in-a-lifetime type deal. 😕

So I guess Chase's 48-month sign-up bonus rule on the same card isn't so bad after all... 😋

Re: Multiple U.S. Bank CASH+ credit cards???

My daughter had Platinum, US Bank offered her $150.00 to upgrade. Took a while because link wouldn't work so she had to call and she's still not convinced phones can be used for verbal communication.

A few months ago she received pre-approval email for Cash+, $200.00 SUB, 0% promo for 15 months, so now she has two, and pretty much living 5% life - whenever she remembers to use the "right card"

So, it's possible to get SUB twice, but simply applying twice won't do it.

Thanks Remedios 👍

Yea, I think my practical need to have FOUR 5% CATAGORIES is ultimately more important anyway. 😊

😂😂 no worries @sean31732. Almost sounds like I was trying to sell you the ELAN version from the trunk of a 1976 Cadillac -- next to the Michael Kors wallets 💀

The reason I mentioned ELAN was because some members may not be aware of the USB alternatives.

As far as Cash+, I was able to receive the SUB on the 2nd card, but this was a long time ago before they clamped down on double dipping.
