Question, what has been the experience, how long after you have net the 1K spend for the 200 dollar bonus will you see in the app. I have spent over 1500 since opening account Bread financial.
At least you got a card. My experience with this card has been awful. I was approved in December and never got the card. I have called multiple times asking where is my card. The CSR apologizes and says we will send out another one. I still haven't received and now I will have to call a 4th time. I have had many Comenity cards in the past but this is the first Bread card. Seems every name change makes them worse. It's no wonder why they keep losing customers. J Crew just gave them the boot.
That is plain nuts not to get your card and have bread financial tell you we will send another card that is just to long to wait for card to come, this could set you up for fraud. Did you get any hard pulls or any account show up on your credit reports. Do you know what your credit line is and do you know what the last 4 numbers are.
I am still having problems with alerts on the account today I went to Spectrum to buy a new i phone 15 pro, the trasaction for lyft was sent, but the alert for Spectrum charge of 128 dollars has not shown up but I can see the pending charge for for 128 dollars. I called Bread financial they wher no help.
Community is definitely my slowest to update. Fridays are the worst day to pay them. All my CC payments are online.
I applied on 11/25/23 and got a hard pull on Experian the same day. I was not instantly approved and I had received a letter in the mail for verification a week and a half later. I called in on 12/07/23 answered a few questions and was approved for $2900. The account showed up on all 3 credit reports within a few days. I have had a lot of Comenity cards in the past and still have Buckle and Dell so I thought it was strange I had to call. I received a welcome email on 12/10/23, an activate my card email on 12/22/23. I have called a few times and it looks like I will have to call again for a card. I can't access the website since I do not have a card.
Yes I would make a big deal about this, first thing what about bonus you have 90 days to meet 1K spend.you may need to make a complaint with feds and your state banking regulator. Good luck again.
After posting this message I once again called Bread and spoke to their offshore customer service and got the usual apolgies. This CSR said it was sent out 1/12/24 so I should have got it by now. She could expedite a card but there would be no welcome kit. I don't care about a welcome kit just send me my card.

wow.... comenity/bread has gone so far downhill and they weren't exactly in the top 5 to begin with.
do they allow you to access the card virtually or anything like that?
maybe add it to your google or apple wallet?

Good luck yall. Have been seriously looking at this card cause I don't like other amexes and I just want an easy 2% CB card. you should go online and ask for a CLI if its a SP just for sizzles and gigglesss haha
Yes they do have ap, but you need the physical card to do any thing you need the 4 digit code.
I finally got my card, it was sent UPS Express. It took 4 phone calls between 12/24/23 & 2/4/24 to get it but I finally got it!
