Re: My first Citi APR reduction

This post inspired me so I hopped on the message feature in my Discover app and have dropped my Disco IT from 20.99% to 17.23%, So I logged onto Citi next and was told by Citi they could update my APR as soon as I am out of the promo APR period which ends tomorrow. I had no idea you could do it so easily. Sadly, the Chase in-app messaging system seems to only be a bot, so it kept swerving on my questions about APR. lol

Thanks for this tip!

Why wait that long?  If you went into work today, give them a call on your drive home.  If you are already home, warm up acup of coffee, slap on a smile and dial away!
