If that's the main concern doubt you have much to worry about. These things happen, no reason this hiccup is necessarily indicative of future dealings, which as LOC/CC holder I'd imagine will likely be minimal in any case. The term suefactor was coined in connection with DCU the original home of snatchbacks. Tons of complaints about DCU as well and your experience has been good there, it dovetails.
I have never had any problems with NASA---a cc and a ploc with them. The website is my only issue with them. I am told it is to be updated soon.
My experience with NASA.

I applied for accounts including a PLOC with them on 10/8. I uploaded requested paystubs a couple times, both of which I got messages which indicated that they received them, but nothing moved along on finishing up the approval my PLOC. The first time I called, no real help, just told to upload again or email. Second time the gal figured out that due to the 'treasure hunt' that is their website/application system (which don't interface) the docs were being uploaded to the (already approved) membership application rather than the PLOC.
It was finally really approved 11/3.
Yes, unlike anything I've experienced. But I was willing to hang in there for a $30k 8.25% PLOC with no HP.
@Anonymous
Your post is confusing. I saw a lot of people congratulating you but the post said that you were approved but then they rescinded your offer?
Am I missing something there are 22 pages worth of comments. That's a lot of reading. LOL

The PATRIOT Act requires banks to verify the identity of its customers, including their home physical address. Even if you have a valid reason for not giving your real address, NASAFCU probably will not fully approve the account until you provide proof of residence.

I do understand that part but my issue with NASA that they are unresponsive and leave things open ended. I called and spoke to a rep about it and she said she will talk to the loan officer and get back to me but never does but then get a message from someone else like this convo never happened. So I email and chat back. Only to get a broad response that they need the home address and I can use the secondary for all of my communication and I have uploaded all of the documentation of my bill and an additional including DL that shows exactly that. I even told them if I need to provide them something else to do so.
I have no problem verifying anything because I don't have anything to hide. I did that with others like DCU and it was no problem it only took one phone call and I provided what they asked for and it was a done deal. Unlike now, I called like 3x, send several emails and did the chat. but I still have no clue what's happening.

So happy that finally happened. I was hoping you would respond to this thread.

Hoping it all gets reconciled soon...
Well just want to update this thread that I just got the email that I had to sign the e-docs. So I guess that means I approved?
I never had to go through this process as with my other CC's and did get a CC from DCU that didn't require all of that even signing a document (maybe because I am already a member). Who knows but thanks everyone. If I didn't have read the other posts here I probably would have said screw it. LOL
