Do you have additional accounts?

Do you have Plocs and/or Clocs? CLOC at 15K

General Navy experience? It has been a great experience so far.  I will probably try for a CLI after 90 days, 3 statements, and a AR.

That's a fantastic starting limit, garagebandking. Let's see how high you can get that too.

Re: NAVY FCU- Definitive Guide!

What was your starting limit? $15k nRewards Visa instant approval (now a Go Rewards). 2010.

How has it grown? $25k - Instant CLI from online request.

What are the CLI trends?? Very generous if your profile barely supports it.

What were your Scores at Approval? 650ish - High utilization, no negative marks, thick profile.

Do you have additional accounts? Opened a Flagship Rewards when I was carrying a balance on my nRewards card (2011). Instant approval at $20k - CLI to $25k. Closed account last year.

Do you have Plocs and/or Clocs? CLOC - $15k instant approval. I've never used the product. 2010.

General Navy experience? I cannot say enough amazing things about NFCU. I randomly opened an account at NFCU after a bad BoA experience. I work for the Navy as a civilian and NFCU is always convenient for me. NFCU consolidated all of my credit card debt at 0% and then I was able to tranfer the balances between some other cards and get another year of 0%. I was able to get out of debt much faster because of NFCU. Their exteremly generous limits helped my utilization and greatly improved my credit score while working on paying off the credit card debt.

I used NFCU to finance my car and was able to get a great interest rate (1.5%) even though my scores were in the low 700s at the time. Their GAP insurance is reasonably priced. I had amazing experiences from getting the auto loan, to paying off the loan, to getting my title.

I also use NFCU for my primary checking account. They reimburse ATM fees (up to $10) a month (better than BoA)... I'm an exception since I work for DoN. NFCU has grown with me. They helped me get out of credit card debt. They were my bank in Japan. NFCU is my financial bedrock. I don't think that I'll ever truly bank anywhere else (big carve outs: rewards credit cards and high yield savings accounts).

Any additional information you Can provide?

Re: NAVY FCU- Definitive Guide!

That is true about the starting limit.  I'm looking forward to shooting for the softpull CLI increase later this year.

Re: NAVY FCU- Definitive Guide!

I have another question I should have asked from the beginning.

For credit card products, does Navy require proof of income?
