For credit card products, does Navy require proof of income?
Most of the time no, with that being said if you want to recon the decision in the event of a denial paystubs are the best way to get them to recon.
Yes and no. I did not have to provide proof of income for my first credit card or CLOC. However, when I was approved for my auto loan I was required to give proof of income. It was simple and took a quick visit to the branch (or you can fax, email, etc.). It was strange as my credit profile was better and much lower cc debt. YMMV.

I haven't been asked for POI for either the CC or the CLOC, but I have seen numerous reports on here about people entering the recon stage and proactively uploading paystubs through SM.

Good to know GBK!
Do you do most of your banking through Navy? Are they your major bank?
@sdsoccerdad wrote:@Anonymous was your starting limit? CashRewards (10-1-16) @ $2900
How has it grown? Yes. January 8, 2017 - sp cli to $18000
What were your Scores at Approval? 630-640s between the 3.
Do you have additional accounts? GoRewards 1-9-17 - started at $12K.
@Anonymous you have Plocs and/or Clocs? CLOC - 10-17-17 @ $15k
General Navy experience? Excellent!
Thanks for your input SoccerDad! ⚽
Other than your 3 month relationship with Navy from approval to SP CLI, did anything significant change in your profile? These are ALL huge jumps most members are reporting!

You're welcome. I wouldn't have been able to do it without everyone else's input here so I contribute when I can.
I did not do anything different other than use the card very heavily and make payments almost once/twice a week. I imagine if I took care of the two medical collections that I have my scores would be way better. I may also have a charge off with Target from 2010. I was very surprised at a few things. First was the huge jump from $2900 to $18,000 and also the next day approval to the GoRewards for $12,000.
Funny thing though is I have all this but only a $400 cl with Capital One. hahaha.

No, I do most of my banking with PenFed. The only thing I do with NFCU, which I just started this month, is depositing my girlfriend's household expense contributions to my NFCU checking accounts. Its about 500/month.
What was your starting limit? $23,300
How has it grown? Just opened Feb - I will report back in May
What are the CLI trends?? see above
What were your Scores at Approval? Letter stated TU 751 - scores in siggy
Do you have additional accounts? Checking and savings but not my primary.
Do you have Plocs and/or Clocs? Yes, asked for $10k CLOC and got instant approval (I didnt want to be greedy)
General Navy experience? Awesome - recd a call from my account specialist in the first week to ask me if I needed help setting up my online account, or answer any questions.Gave me early access to mobile deposits (usually 30 days) as I dont have a branch less than 100 miles. Emailed me her contact info in case I had questions later. My own local branch - 20+ years and no one has ever called just to ask if I needed anything.
Did they require proof of income? No
Any additional information you Can provide? Looking forward to using them for a car loan next year - rates look good - not as good as DCU's but they have some other benefits that might make it worth the slightly higher rate. I did join through NL San Diego - emailed my app in. Took about a week but everything else went quickly.
